Quality Inn & Suites Sulphur Springs

I’m on the road for work and stay at Choice properties three or four times a week. This Quality Inn is one of the top five I’ve found in the country. The rooms and the rest of the hotel are clean, and the owner really cares about the property and the people staying there. For the price, the value is hard to beat. When I’m back in the area, I’ll choose it over the other local hotels.

My flights were canceled because of the winter weather, so I couldn’t stay after all. My reservation was originally nonrefundable, but they went out of their way to return my money anyway, even though they didn’t have to. My family is in this part of Texas, and I visit often, so they’ve earned a customer for life. The people are great, and the room prices were very reasonable, with breakfast included. Five stars from me. I’ll book again next time I’m back in Texas. Thanks again!

The rooms were spotless and comfortable, with good pillows, a comfortable bed, and strong heating and AC. There was also a large TV with Roku. A very nice man runs this clean place, and it felt like a hidden gem in Sulphur Springs. We slept well, then got on the road the next morning. I’d definitely recommend it.

My husband was working nearby, and the affordable rate meant our kids and I could stay with him for all 13 days. It’s an older hotel, but it’s been updated and clearly well maintained. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the TVs were huge compared with what I’ve seen in other hotels. The staff were amazing, especially Samir, and treated us like family. My kids had a great time, including a fun day playing with Samir’s kids. If we’re in the area again, we know where we’ll stay. Thanks, Quality Inn & Suites, for a wonderful visit! The only thing I didn’t like was how small the toilet area in the bathroom was, since I’m a bigger woman, lol. That’s just how it was built, though, and not the owners’ fault. Everything else was perfect.
