Summerset Hotel & Suites

Breakfast was a real treat, with good apples, maybe Honeycrisp, and biscuit, egg, cheese, and sausage sandwiches you could heat up. The apples had no stickers, so I’m pretty sure they’d already been washed. There were little reminders to use hand sanitizer beside big bottles of good-quality sanitizer. Baller breakfast! I was in room 10 one, paid around $69, felt super safe, and would definitely stay again. The place was crazy clean, the front desk guy was so nice, and it was pretty empty. The bed was a little hard and the sheets thin, but the decor was super high quality too……………

The room was comfy and very clean, and even had a rare outdoor balcony. The staff were wonderful during my early August stay. It was biker week, but noise never became an issue. Good value, though breakfast could be better. I’ll definitely stay again.

The managers were friendly and welcoming, and the place makes for a quiet little mini resort at a good price. There’s a casino on site, plus a hot tub, pool, and 24-hour convenience store. My room was spacious and very clean, with large beds and a refreshing rustic feel. The one snag was that I couldn’t get the full late checkout. That would’ve made a big difference for my family and me since we didn’t get to bed until 4:30 A.M. after about 13 hours on the road. I’m also a gold member, so I thought it should have been a Wydham perk. Just mentioning it, no grudges or worries. I’d still consider staying again.

It was a decent place until Katie at the front desk accused us of having a cat and then acted like I was lying. We have three kids under three, so we bring a lot of stuff. We’re allergic to cats, too.
