The shower had great water pressure, and the employees were wonderful. They gave us extra blankets, and we bought snacks there. Some of the lights didn’t work, and the smoke alarm kept blinking nonstop. Also, watch out for a Black truck taking up two handicapped spaces so nobody can hit their truck.

The room and amenities are great, but why isn’t breakfast included? We stay at nice hotels and spend plenty of money, even when we’re traveling to different states, and I’ve never had to pay extra for breakfast before. It’s hard with kids to go somewhere else early just to eat. I love SC, but come on. I know businesses are always trying to make more money and spend less, but customers should be a priority. Breakfast should be included for everyone, whatever their status. We’re members, and I still think other guests should get to enjoy breakfast too.

The staff were really friendly and helpful. We didn’t have time to try the bistro while we were there. The hotel is near I-26 and 17, with restaurants, grocery stores, and gas close by, though the traffic around it is heavy. Getting from the N26 ramp into the left lane to turn onto Sigma Drive is almost impossible. Fortunately, you can get to the hotel easily from the next light on Front St.

Housekeeping sometimes only happens every 2 or 3 days. And how is 10 mb internet considered high-speed Wi-Fi? Even the restaurants nearby have better internet. The service at night isn’t that good either.
