Room 114 was disgusting. There was mold by the bathroom sink and tub, and the broken window frame exposed rusty metal. The floor hadn't been vacuumed, so when I walked around in socks, I picked up previous guests' hair. The chair was covered in large dirty stains, the fitted sheets had lint balls, and the walls had big patches. I took photos of it all. The rooms badly need repairs and renovation. Don't be fooled by the breakfast description. It's frozen breakfast sandwiches kept in a freezer and heated in a microwave. This was by far the worst hotel I've stayed in, really gross. There's no elevator, either.

Mold, a hotel falling apart, and prices higher than the place is worth. It needs a deep cleaning and a full redo.

We were visiting our daughter from out of state, and this was an easy place to get to, near a Wal-Mart and Cracker Barrel. The front desk employee was welcoming and personable, offered fresh coffee, and gave us tasty chocolate chip cookies. The next day's employee was nice too. A lamp in our room wasn't working, and she found a replacement and helped me swap it. Good value for the money. I'd definitely stay here again.

The customer service was great, but the room itself wasn't in good shape. During a rainstorm, water leaked right above the air conditioner. That didn't feel safe, and I had to use towels from the bathroom to clean up. I paid almost $200 for the room and can't believe it was in that condition.

We chose this place for one overnight stop on our drive north because the reviews were good and the price was low to mid-range. We expected to be there about 10 hours. The front desk woman was extremely nice and gave us a second-floor "suite" when she couldn't find us a first-floor room. The A/C worked great, the bed was comfortable enough, and breakfast was okay and included. It needs a refresh. The carpets could use cleaning, and the furniture, especially around the lobby, could use updating. It looks and feels like a budget motel, though it's not as scary as the really cheap places. I'd probably not book again.
