The pool deck had trees growing through the slabs, with garbage swept into a corner, and cobwebs hanging from the garage ceiling. I spent a week here through a timeshare, and the place really wasn’t maintained well. Dishes in the cupboards needed wiping, the dishwasher barely worked, and the carpets were dirty. There was blood on the toilet and walls; the cleaner said vacuuming wasn’t her job. The decks had peeling surfaces, raised nails, and rotting boards that needed replacing, so watch your feet for splinters. The tub wouldn’t hold water, the screens were in poor shape, and the old furniture looked like it came from an 80s or 90s hotel. There are big dips in the driveway that could make you fall if you don’t see them. Staff weren’t especially friendly. I don’t know why other people said otherwise.

The kids had fun at the clubhouse, especially with the games and movies we could bring back to our unit, and the covered parking kept our car cool. The view was nice and we didn’t hear the neighbors. We came for two nights and will probably return. The location worked well, about a 5-10 minute drive to the outlets and Olympic park. There were beds for everyone, our two kids, two exchange students, my husband, and me. The bunk beds near the top of the stairs, just outside the main bedroom, suited our group. The kitchen had what we needed to cook, and the place was clean for the price. It does need updates. There was no built-in AC, just a big, noisy portable unit in the upstairs bedroom, but the nights cooled down enough that open windows brought it to about 68. We closed them in the morning, and the room was still cool when we got back later in the afternoon.

We had a good time in the clubhouse with the family, and the host was great to communicate with. The condo had enough supplies to make meals, so the stay was positive overall. The place itself is okay, though definitely dated and ready for a refresh. The air conditioning could be better, and the deck was locked from the condo. I knew the pool had problems, but the spa was off limits too, and both were closed.

The managers were helpful and great to deal with, but it seemed they had little or no maintenance budget. The pool and spa were dry, and the tennis court was unusable, more like a planter box. Inside, the carpet was stained and patched, the disposal seemed close to failing, and the slider, screen door, and blinds were all very hard to open or close. There was no AC, so the room reached 80 degrees in the daytime, and the TVs only got about half the channels. Paint was missing from the front door. Around the club, there were big cracks in the stonework, a softball-sized hole in the roof above the front entrance, and hornets’ nests on the patio. I took pictures of all the problems in the unit so I wouldn’t be charged for repairs or damage.

The neighborhood was quiet, clean, and welcoming, and the club on the property was amazing. We had a nice short stay in the condo, which had all the necessities and made a great skiing retreat in Park City. A few utensils were dirty when we arrived. The beds were okay, though not especially comfortable.
