People were hanging around all night, police were called, and there was yelling about shootings, guns, and fighting. The description was a complete lie about the rooms, the outside, breakfast, and safety. I booked three nights through Priceline based on its good review, but they didn’t have the room and couldn’t accommodate us. With my kids there, I stayed just one night and told them why. Nina Patel won’t refund the other two days or answer the phone when Priceline calls. Priceline says they can’t reach the hotel, but Nina P. answers immediately when I call. They want to keep my money, and this is a matter of principle. The staff are horrible. Do not stay here or book through Priceline.

There were needles on the floor. I went straight down to ask for my money back, and they refused. I told them I was calling 911, then got my refund and left. Horrible motel. This place needs to be shut down.

There were people lounging outside our door, being loud and disruptive, and bugs everywhere. The hotel is still under heavy construction, the place is filthy, and it’s absolutely no place for kids. I had to clean the whole room myself. The bed linens and showers were nasty, and there were holes in the ceiling. The service was trash. This place needs to be shut down.

The staff don’t answer the phone, and they don’t have anything to replace things that break. They’re lazy and don’t do their jobs, and the place needs new staff and housekeepers who know what they’re doing. My fiancé and I have experience working in motels. The police stay on the property, and there are dogs outside in the parking area and grass that are really bad and dirty.
