We always look forward to this kind of luxury. Kate made sure we had plenty to eat and drink, keeping the ice water coming and checking in to refill a cocktail without making a fuss. She and the rest of the staff were so friendly, sharing little stories about themselves, fun things to do around Miami, and the great restaurants here. By the pool, Nayenci was just the sweetest. She kept a close eye on us and moved the umbrella so our chairs stayed shaded. There were stacks of clean towels ready too.

Brian Bean from concierge helped arrange birthday surprises for my sons in our room before we arrived, which made the stay memorable for the whole family. Everyone was welcoming and attentive. Gaby and Rosa looked after our cabana for two days, responded quickly, and sorted out a small issue promptly. Valeria was lovely at the lawn seating, and the staff there were thorough and responsive too. Love staying here!

We felt welcomed and looked after the whole time at Acqualina Resort. Gianfranco and Brandon were consistently kind and discreet, checked in at the right moments, and gave us great recommendations. What stood out most was how personal the service felt. They anticipated what we needed, handled details smoothly, and followed up quickly and thoughtfully. If you get help from either Gianfranco or Brandon, you're in good hands. They went above and beyond and made the trip memorable. Five stars, no hesitation.

We loved relaxing at the spa, with its lovely indoor and outdoor spaces and phenomenal massages. During our three nights at Acqualina Resort & Residences, my mom and I also had daily breakfast, which was tasty and varied, and tried both Il Mulino NY and Ke-uH. Both restaurants were very good. Our oceanfront suite was spacious, had everything we needed, and came with incredible beach views. Everyone on the team was friendly and ready to help. Thank you Acqualina for a memorable stay!

Five stars and then some. It was a dream to get away from life's endless dramas for a while. The ocean views and soft, glamorous calm made it easy to slow down and enjoy each other. Coffee and mimosas with the waves in the morning, walks hand in hand at sunset, and nights with a quiet kind of magic. 💙🌊yum.
