The management deserves credit for a good experience. The place was very clean, with sanitizer all over and very clean floors, and felt welcoming, like you were part of the family. The staff were knowledgeable, courteous, and kind, with special treatment for the elderly. They were very Coppa compliant. I felt appreciated.
This was fine, especially for an air b n b, but probably not the place for kids who run around and get a little loud.
A quiet condo close to the beach in Sunny Isles.
I was nervous at first about where we’d be staying for the next 7 days, but at 201 LeCartier at 178th Street in Apt 424, my husband and daughter went to get the keys. They came back to the car smiling, so I was eager to see it too. Inside, I was impressed. It was clean, peaceful, and felt like a home away from home. The place is convenient to restaurants, and Publix is nearby. It’s a 5-minute walk to the beach, and just a great vacation spot. I’d stay there again and again, and will definitely vacation again at Paty’s Vacation place. Thank you, Charles, for your services, and thank you, Charles and Paty!
We had an amazing vacation. The people were friendly, the surroundings were clean, and the beach was lovely and quiet, with mostly families. Sunny Isles seemed very safe, with the police station around the corner and officers regularly watching the neighborhood. It’s sad we can’t say the same about other beach cities in South Florida anymore. We’d love to come back to Sunny Isles.
