Roami at Sunny Isles

The apartment was spacious, comfortable, clean, and well equipped. Getting into the building took a while because the code I’d been given was wrong, and I had to wait in the rain for a new one. Apart from that, everything was great.

The room was filthy when we got there, with big stains on the couch and on the bedding. Customer service has been absolutely terrible, too. I’d tell anyone not to rent here.

We’re on our last day of a two-week vacation in a three-bedroom apartment, and my family and I have had a great stay. It’s a nice area close to the beach and lots of businesses. The room is clean, the AC works well, and having a washing machine, dryer, and electric stove with oven was a plus. Traveling with our six-month-old has been very easy, too. Roami left supplies downstairs each day for guests to use, which impressed me. I definitely recommend it!

We had an impromptu stay in Sunny Isles Beach at a Roami property, and the setup worked perfectly for our family of five. The beach is two blocks away, a park is half a block away, and everything else we needed was walkable. The place was comfortable, family-friendly, and well stocked. We loved the Nespresso and coffee. The pool setup was great, and bikes and beach chairs were a nice touch. The other guests were friendly, and there were no bugs at all. Roami seems to anticipate what you need, and we felt at home. We also stayed at Factors Row in New Orleans, another great Roami place for families who need space, comfort, and easy access to everything. Both properties offer good value, thoughtful amenities, and room for a big group. Furniture was being upgraded and attention was being paid to the property, so it seems there may be a management transition. Andres and Dimitri were both attentive.
