The room looked beautiful, with its layout and big windows, but it was disgusting. There were cockroaches in all sizes, filthy walls, and a toilet that hadn't been cleaned. When flushed, it pushed waste onto the floor. I had to cover the shower drain to keep roaches out, and woke up every hour afraid they'd climb on me. The floor hadn't been swept, and the fridge hadn't been cleaned either. I'm very unhappy and don't recommend it at all. Worst hotel experience I've had.

Check-in is quick and easy, and the staff are friendly and courteous. They've put in new beds, pillows, and curtains, and there's a Dennys next door if you get hungry. I had a great stay and would recommend it.

Parking was free and easy to get to, a big plus in this area. The location is excellent, close to restaurants, shopping centers, and tech offices, while still being quiet and peaceful. My room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, with a cozy bed, mini fridge, microwave, and strong Wi-Fi. The AC worked perfectly, and the shower had consistent hot water and great pressure. The staff were welcoming and helpful from arrival, and check-in was smooth. They were available for questions and local tips. Housekeeping kept the room tidy throughout my stay, and the property felt safe, well cared for, calm, and relaxing.

Getting to Highway 101 is easy, and the rooms are clean with friendly staff. They've replaced the mattresses in 15 rooms, and plan to do the rest over the next few months.

The front desk team was friendly and accommodating, which I really appreciated. Check-in was fast and professional, and everything's been great so far. A smooth start and a solid first impression!
