Don't waste your time here. My wife booked the house for three nights through Trip Advisor, for hundreds less than the price on VRBO and other sites. The owner was responsive before the booking, then stopped answering us after accepting it and later declined the booking and removed the listing from Trip Advisor. It seemed like they'd realized the price was lower and no longer wanted us to book. I had to contact them through VRBO, where they replied with an excuse about Trip Advisor not working, even though they'd stopped responding there. When I said I'd leave a poor review, they threatened to blacklist us from their properties and affiliates. I saved a screenshot. We found somewhere with good service instead. Their reply to our honest review was more of the same, talking about a prospective renter and trying to threaten us. We stay in Sunriver every year and had already booked another VRBO property. The trip was paid for and confirmed through Trip Advisor, and I can prove it with the confirmation emails. They also told us to bring 17 people, and I have that conversation from the owner. The listing came down right after we booked, and I have a screenshot of that too. Calling it a site issue at that timing is a joke. Their service and ownership were awful. Never do business with this greedy sham of an outfit. GTFO.
