The staff at Big Sky got me a room right away after a surprise hailstorm left me soaked and covered in welts. I was riding my motorcycle toward Washington on I90 when it hit, and had pulled into Superior. They even offered to help with laundry and find cover for my bike. Great place!

I've never slept on better hotel mattresses. They were firm and comfortable, not saggy and overly soft like mattresses usually are. The room was clean and comfortable too.

It was okay for one night, but the shower wasn't very clean and had hair in it. Half the towels and bed covers smelled like cigarettes, and the office had that same cigarette smell stuck in it.

The location is great for getting straight onto the interstate, and the staff were great. But the property is very dated, with old, dirty carpet on the stairs and a noisy old window air conditioner. Breakfast wasn't much, mostly granola bars, and it felt overpriced for what you get.

The front desk woman was so nice, and we had a pleasant one-night stay. We were delighted by how nice the rooms were.
