The hotel itself is beautiful, but what happened during our stay has changed how I feel about Four Seasons. I’ve stayed at its properties around the world and been loyal to the brand. In the middle of the night, I woke up undressed in my deadbolted room to find a stranger standing there in the dark, asking why I was still there. I had no idea what was going on, and it was terrifying. It turned out the person was security. The only explanation I got was that the system had glitched. What followed made it worse. The first offer was resort credits. After I escalated the matter, I was told I’d get a refund for one night, but more than a month later it still hadn’t arrived. The manager treated it like a small inconvenience, as if a meal had been late. Someone had entered my locked room while I was asleep and undressed. That was a serious invasion of privacy, and I saw no accountability. I expected more from Four Seasons. This response felt like something from a budget chain, not a brand that sells trust and service. They’ve lost me as a loyal guest.

We had a clean, spacious room with everything we needed. The bed was comfortable, the shower pressure was strong, and the floor-to-ceiling windows gave us a lovely view. The hotel itself is beautiful. Service was first class throughout. Victor welcomed us at valet, and at check-in Emma told us some interesting history about the building while we enjoyed the complimentary champagne. The pool is beautiful, with lots of places to sit. Agustin made delicious cocktails and wished us a happy anniversary, and Kostantino was very hospitable and shared information about the hotel. We stopped for a drink at the trendy bar downstairs before taking a short ride to dinner in the heart of Miami. Breakfast was nice, with great service and a fabulous view. Several valet attendants helped us when we left.

Dinner at the surf club made me fall in love with everything there: the service, food, setting, and music. It has a classic, romantic feel, very Frank Sinatra style, elegant. Good for a special surprise or a first date. The standout was the special meat. I thought the waiter was overselling it, but he wasn't. The pasta, fish, and desserts were good too, though I'd pick the meat as the best dish. There's a good wine selection and the drinks were well made. Valet is available. You get what you pay for here.

Kevin, Dewa, and Pandu made our time at the beach area especially enjoyable. They were friendly, attentive, and always willing to help, creating a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere. We had a great experience at the Four Seasons in the Miami Beach area.
