Residence Inn Phoenix NW/Surprise

Thank you, Travis and your Team. The breakfast was a highlight, delicious, with a wide choice of fresh, flavorful food and a pleasant place to start the day. The rooms were spotless, well maintained, and comfortable, with care put into the little details, cleanliness, and presentation. From the time I arrived, everyone was welcoming, accommodating, friendly, and professional, a real reflection of excellent hospitality. My stay was fabulous. Thanks to the whole team for making it so enjoyable. I'll definitely come back and recommend this Residence Inn Marriott to friends and family.

Our landlord arranged this stay while plumbing issues at home were being repaired, and I really appreciated it. The hotel was 1.6 miles from home and my child's school, which helped. The front desk team was excellent, breakfast staff very helpful, and housekeeping kept the room in tiptop shape. The full kitchen made it possible to keep preparing proper meals while we were displaced. It had a stove, oven, actual fridge and freezer, and dishwasher. My 7-year-old loved the pool, especially its nice temperature, and liked that towels were stocked poolside.

We stayed for 10 days at the Residence inn, and I really liked it. The kitchen, living room, and washroom were quite clean, room service was up to date, and the staff were friendly. I'd highly recommend it.

The loud AC vent was right beside the bed, the carpet had a strong, unsanitary odor, and the room was next to an intersection with loud traffic. The room quality and design were a big disappointment. My main frustration, though, was getting no response from General Manager Travis. I emailed him about the partial refund authorization my booking agency needs, but he ignored my concerns. His silence is holding up the resolution and keeping me from processing my credit. I would never stay here again.
