Sweet Home Inn

We stayed three nights, and the rooms were cleaned every day. It was a cozy, clean, comfortable stay, and the price seemed normal for this day and age. We called to ask about checking in early, and the owner even turned on the heat for us. When we asked for another night, she was sweet and let us stay. This is Sweet Home, Oregon, and the negative reviews must come from people from big cities who don’t understand small-town life. I’ll stay here every time I visit my family. I’d give it 10 stars if I could. THANK YOU FOR A WONDERFUL SAFE CLEAN STAY!

We’ve stayed here for Oregon Jamboree while working it four years in a row. The owner is kind and still remembers our names from earlier visits. The rooms are a little dated, but that’s part of being in a small town. When I’m back in Sweet Home, we’ll stay here again.

I found roaches in the rooms and showed the woman a video as evidence, but she said there were no bugs. When I asked for a refund, she turned me down. At $180 a night, it wasn’t worth it.

The room was clean, but it badly needs updating. For nearly $200 a night, I’d pick somewhere else. The bed felt like a rock, and the pillow was about as thick as seven pieces of cardboard. I could hear the neighbors’ entire conversation through the thin brick walls. The shower was tiny, its head barely reached five feet, and the shampoo holder looked like something from a dollar store. Way overpriced.
