Days Inn & Suites by Wyndham Tahlequah

The hotel was quiet, which we appreciated, but that was one of the few good things. Our room never cooled down enough, so we had to buy fans to make it tolerable. Breakfast wasn’t available at all, even though it was listed as an amenity. The pool area was especially concerning. The pool was only partly filled with stagnant water, attracting lots of bugs, and there was a dead bird there too. It clearly couldn’t be used. When we called management about our concerns, they ended the call abruptly instead of trying to help, and our later attempts to reach them went unanswered. With no breakfast, an unusable pool, an uncomfortable room, and poor customer service, the stay was extremely disappointing. Based on our experience, I can’t recommend it.

We found this place through Google when prices in Pryor were too high. It was a bit out of the way, but worked out. We’d been on the road all day and were tired, so that super comfy bed was just right. The room was clean and the AC worked great. The only complaint was the people next door playing music a little too loud. Joke’s on them, we get up early.😉

I wouldn’t recommend this property. In my experience, a staff member named Rajveer Mahida, who works under owner Dash Patel, cancelled my existing reservation, claimed falsely that the hotel was full, and called the police on me without a justifiable reason. The treatment felt discriminatory and was completely unprofessional. Anyone treated similarly by staff or management should document everything and be ready to escalate to consumer protection agencies or, if needed, the courts.

The room was extremely hot because the AC didn’t work, and the pillows were hard as rocks. The shower had barely any pressure and the water was only warm at best. The room wasn’t clean, and housekeeping left a tip envelope in it. Don’t waste your time staying here.
