The manager is still the issue I'm trying to resolve. The front desk said only he could approve a refund and asked me to email him. I've sent three emails and called the hotel over 15 times in a week, but keep hearing that he's just left or isn't there, though they can pass along a message. Staff say they've contacted him and left messages for me. It shouldn't be this hard to reach someone. I'm contacting the BBB, corporate, and my bank to dispute the charge. Do better, Ravi. I arrived around midnight and went straight to bed, so I didn't see the bathroom until morning. It was disgusting, with urine all over the floor and no sign housekeeping had even tried to clean it. I paid almost $200 and shouldn't have had to use a bathroom like that. Breakfast was just as disappointing: most of it tasted days old, the pancake machine was broken, and only the cinnamon rolls tasted fresh. This was the worst Holiday inn I've stayed at. Completely unacceptable.

We had confirmed the checkout time with the night clerk 10 hours earlier, but before that time the manager came to our room and said we should already have left. He was aggressive and extremely rude. The clerk we saw on our way out treated us just as badly. The rooms weren't fully cleaned either, and even though the hotel was empty, they seemed eager to get us out early. I travel for work, and this was the worst treatment I've had at any hotel. If being treated like a welcome guest matters to you, stay somewhere else.

The room smelled strongly of mildew, and I got sinus congestion and a headache as soon as I walked in. There was also a lot of road noise. With the hotel right above a major intersection and no sound dampening, it felt like traffic was all around us. The gym was worse still: mold covered the water machine and the floor had what looked like weeks of grime caked on it. Cleanliness in the room was about 6/10. There was dried food near the trash can, hair on the shower walls and floor by the tub, and a dried substance on the nightstand. At breakfast, most tables wobbled. My coworker's table shook enough that her coffee spilled onto her backpack, and staff did nothing when we told them. The woman who checked me in was curt and unhelpful, acting inconvenienced by questions. I travel every week and usually stay at one or two hotels, and this was by far my least pleasant stay. Spend your money elsewhere.

Terri at the front desk and the rest of the staff we met were so kind during Parents’ WKnd. It was packed and the rooms were overpriced, but everyone was simply nice. Extra pillows or towels were no problem. When we were leaving, our youngest had a medical emergency related to a recent diagnosis. There were no late checkouts, but Terri heard my husband talking with the doctor and then the pharmacy on the phone. She told us not to worry about getting out on time. She didn't have to do that, and we really appreciate her genuine kindness and the team's pleasantness. Thank you, see you soon.
