The front desk was really nice, and the hotel was very clean. Trinidad was especially friendly and helpful, going out of her way to make our stay enjoyable. We were in town for the Buccaneers game, and the location worked perfectly for the stadium. The fire pit out back was a lovely place to sit and keep warm. Housekeeping only came once during our four-day stay, so I had to ask for fresh towels and rags. They were nice about it, though. For the price, I’d recommend it, especially for a game.

We had a pleasant few days here before and after our cruise and would stay again. The hotel has a gym and pool, plus a small lobby shop. Breakfast was very nice and had the things you’d expect. There’s a restaurant nearby and a 7/11 not too far away.

The suites gave our large family room to stay together, and the free shuttle back to TPA made things easy. We stayed twice in one week, before and after our cruise. After a very long travel day, we needed to check in early so we could rest. Kimberley at the front desk did her best to get us settled as soon as possible. The comfort, cleanliness, and warm welcome were what I expect from HILTON.

Parking cost $35 a night, which I hadn’t expected and found annoying. It feels like hotels everywhere are charging too much for it. The pool looked nice, but I didn’t get a chance to use it. I stayed two nights in October and booked a one-room suite, then got a free upgrade to a two-bedroom. The room was very clean, with plenty of towels and supplies. The shower was excellent, hot, and had good pressure, though I would have preferred a walk-in to the tub-style shower. Staff were friendly and helpful, and answered my room-service calls within seconds. The breakfast buffet had the usual range, from waffles to yogurt. My one complaint was the lack of bacon.

I didn’t expect a pulled chicken burrito bar at breakfast, and it was impressive. The staff are great and just a text away. The room was clean, comfortable, and laid out well, with lots of lighting choices and outlets. Thank you for a really comfortable stay.
