The front desk woman was very friendly, and everything else about our stay was excellent. The hotel was clean and nice, and our room was awesome, with a kitchen area stocked with dishes, pots, and pans for cooking. They also have free breakfast in the lobby. My only complaint is the $100 cleaning fee for bringing a dog. I brought my chihuahua, and I think the fee should be a bit lower for a smaller dog. I would recommend this place.

The pool area was lovely, breakfast was excellent, and there was a convenient, quiet restaurant and bar. The location was perfect, and the front desk staff went out of their way to help guests. Tiffany was a star. She moved heaven and earth to accommodate us and was amazing during a chaotic time. I'd definitely stay here again.

Vicky and Jade made our family feel welcome from the moment we arrived. They were kind, helpful, and sorted out a booking issue that could have made things stressful. They also suggested some great beaches and family-friendly restaurants, and their local knowledge and care really helped us make the most of the trip. We had a wonderful stay and will definitely come back. Highly recommend this hotel.

The only reason I gave it four stars is that we couldn't get Hyatt TV streaming to connect. Google helped me figure out that Android needs to be on the Cast Wi-Fi, not the Hyatt House Wi-Fi. We had a suite with a terrific room, a good bed, and a nice kitchen area. Everyone on staff was pleasant and helpful, and breakfast was good. My husband enjoyed tacos from the restaurant. I had surgery at the Biospine Institute, and the surgery center is just two doors away, so I walked there. I couldn't walk back, of course. Very convenient, and I recommend the hotel.

Jade deserves a shout-out. I arrived late, and she made sure I felt welcome and had everything I needed. I hope she sees this and gets recognized for her stellar service. The room itself was pretty mid, with carpet stains and an odd smell. Still, it was a decent place to sleep.
