It feels clean and homey, like moving into an apartment that already has the basics ready. There’s a full kitchen with appliances, cookware, and silverware, plus clean towels and starter toiletries, so you’d just need groceries. It has the main hotel amenities, though there’s no pool or gym. The location is great but a bit hard to find. Entry uses a keypad instead of keys, with a new code you choose after booking, which is really cool. They do have strict rules, but what place doesn’t? I recommend it.

The rental units are poor quality, with paint peeling off, and property management ignored us when things broke. After a typhoon, it took them three months to repair our door, so my husband ended up fixing it himself, along with other things like the lights and fixtures. We’d been loyal tenants for over three years, yet I never got my deposit back. The owner is greedy and wouldn’t speak to me or explain their position. I usually don’t post about my experiences, but I hate seeing people treated this way and want to warn others about what feels like a scam.

We stayed in a small first-floor one-bedroom through Airbnb. It was far from the beaches, shopping, and tourist spots. Taxis cost a lot, so I’d rather spend that money staying closer to the center.
