I stayed in these residences for 14 months straight and had a great experience. The location is hard to beat, with Donki and K-Mart no more than five minutes away and all the shopping at GPO nearby. There are plenty of restaurants for dining in, takeout, or delivery. Rent includes electricity, water, and garbage pickup, so you don’t have to deal with bills or service contracts. Since rich people’s estates are nearby, power and water seem less likely to go out here than in other parts of Guam. The covered garage is a great feature in a typhoon hotspot like Guam. Staff keep residents informed about bad weather and service work, with updates in WhatsApp and the shared areas that spell out maintenance dates, hours, and locations. Jay, the manager, and Vicky, the support staff member, are both super friendly and helpful with day-to-day matters and moving in. The building is undergoing constant renovations due to recent typhoon damage, but the notices give detailed schedules. It’s a bargain in an excellent location, with staff ready to help you settle in. The aircon runs 24/7 and gets really cold if that’s what you like.

The staff were very friendly, and having private parking was a nice bonus. Still, you get what you pay for, no more and no less. The one thing I didn’t expect was a broken shower. We had to scoop water with cups and pour it over our heads.

It’s comfortable and private, with an up-to-date cable TV and a private garage, though you can only bring one vehicle. There are no amenities, and it’s not wheelchair accessible because you have to climb stairs. Works well for a short-term booking.

The staff, both men and women, were kind. The room was clean and had no bugs, and the old AC still cooled it well. But the area near the hotel felt a little scary, and the building looked like an old condo or apartment. The room and lobby felt like a motel. I’d recommend it if you just need a cheaper place to sleep.

I lived there for two months a few years ago, and the experience was completely amazing. The hotel team gave me great, personal attention. There’s a covered garage of your own, and the location is great. Recommended!
