We had a great weekend and would definitely come back. There’s a lot to do nearby, with restaurants like Eat n park, Red Robin, Olive garden, Smokey Bones, Panera, Starbucks, and Sonic, plus shops including five below, t.j Maxx, and a pet store. The mall is mostly empty, but it has an indoor play place, and the reptile expo on the first Sunday of the month was awesome. There’s a movie theater right there too. The room was clean and really nice, with two queens and a pullout couch. I’m super picky, but I was happy with it. Breakfast was clean and great, and the workout room was clean, new, and nice. The pool was a little colder than I’d have liked since I’m used to hot tubs and hot therapy pools, though my kids absolutely loved it. The staff made the stay especially good. The blade lady at the front was so kind and made check-in a great experience. When she was busy with someone else, a guy I think was the general manager came out to help me. They were welcoming, helpful, and really cared. We stay in hotels a lot, and in my experience most places, unless they’re fancy resorts, don’t pay much attention and just want you to leave. This place was different.

The room was bigger than I expected, and the bed was comfortable. The hotel is clean and quiet, and breakfast is free in the morning, which was a great bonus. The staff were friendly and professional. They’re renovating the breakfast area and some rooms right now, but that didn’t take away from a very good stay. One of the best I’ve had in a long time.

The front desk, John at breakfast, and housekeeping were great, and the pool looked fine. The hotel seems to be remodeling, which is a good sign since it needs it. At least there’s no smoke smell. The workout room is pretty grungy, so hopefully the renovation means it’ll be looked after better. I’d give the place more stars if maintenance were better. There are things nearby, though the mall is pretty empty. The roads around here are torn up and really bad, so drive slowly.

We haven’t stayed somewhere this good in a long time. The rooms were beautiful, roomy, and very clean, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. There are lots of restaurants and stores nearby.

We were very happy with our stay. The hotel was lovely, comfortable, and extremely clean. I don’t think I’ve ever seen a hotel kept this well. There’s plenty of shopping and dining nearby too.
