The male owner said there were no accessible rooms in the hotel. The first flight of stairs was so hard for me to climb as a disabled guest that I had to park as close as I could and lean on my car to get up. The parking lot also has potholes. I stayed in a filthy room and had to clean it myself. The Clorox wipes came away unbelievably dirty, and I even bought my own cleaner for the cleaning guy to use on the floor. The female owner says she used to be a hotel maid, but wouldn't come see the dirt left by the man who supposedly cleans each room so well. The last night, he didn't clean my room or take out the trash. I called management, and they said they'd call him, but he never came. Then the owners ignored my repeated calls, letting the phone ring with no way to leave a message. The owner cared more about insisting he hadn't entered my room when I reported that property was stolen. He said the cleaning guy was the only one who had gone in. There were roaches all over the room, including on the bed and around the kitchen microwave and refrigerator. The owners ignored employees' suggestions to have the place professionally fumigated. I also saw two mice. One crawled into the wall where a plumbing cover hadn't been replaced, and the other went into the area by the bathtub where the floor is caving in. There are holes in the walls, they need paint, and the curtains are ugly and stained with mildew. The bedding was old, worn, stained, and covered in cigarette holes. The towels were cheap, worn, and stained. The cleaning guy said the washers were broken and he had to take hotel linens to a laundromat. My dog got fleas because the owners don't mow or treat the grounds. The siding is flaking and needs repainting. Old furniture, mattresses, tires, and lawnmowers are piled around the property. The owners are rude and disrespectful and rarely put money back into the rooms or exterior. The male owner walks around like a king. The area where the owners live looks much cleaner, has a concrete parking area, and the male owner even has it power washed. They drive a Cadillac SUV and Jeep. Guests paying at least $100 a night deserve better. Don't stay here.
