We stayed a week this time, and the employees were all sweet and accommodating. The people here are great, super friendly, and we've loved our other stays too. Service is 10/10. Breakfast is good: mini premade omelets every morning with meat, usually potatoes, and sometimes French toast sticks. The s'mores waffles were there three of the six days, and we missed them on the others. For what this is, I'd rate breakfast 4/5. Embassy breakfast will always be my number one, sorry not sorry, lol. It's getting a little dated, though. The elevator feels sketchy and the beds squeak horribly. The microwave wasn't working right, so they brought a replacement. Our room door stuck and had to be forced shut. Maintenance tried their best, but the screw holes looked stripped from earlier attempts to patch what seems to be an ongoing issue. They offered another room, but we'd already settled in and just forced this door closed.

Restaurants are nearby, and the location is great, about an hour from Louisville. The breakfast was well stocked and the coffee was great. Our stay was super: everything was very clean, the bathroom was huge, and the bed was comfortable. I also loved the shampoo and conditioner products.

The staff were so friendly, and there was a welcome letter and snacks waiting in our room, a thoughtful touch. The room was spacious and clean, and the breakfast selection and setup were wonderful. We loved staying here, especially with the antique mall we came for, plus restaurants and shops, all nearby.

The elevator was out of order, but luckily our room was on the second floor. We were two adults and a child in a king room for one night. I always check a room before unpacking, and this one felt very clean. The bathroom had clearly been cleaned carefully, with no mold or residue in the shower. There was some unsanded, unpainted patchwork around the ceiling sprinkler near the entrance, but it didn't affect our stay. I was very happy and would recommend the hotel.

Nyah was pleasant to deal with at checkout in the morning, and the service was excellent. Our room was clean and comfortable. The bed leaned a little firm, but I slept well. Free breakfast is always a plus, and we'll stay again if we're in the area.
