Homewood Suites by Hilton Teaneck Glenpointe

We’re already on our third stay here, and Linabel is a big reason we keep coming back. She was kind, helpful, and genuinely caring, going out of her way to make us comfortable. The whole team is welcoming and attentive, and once again the hotel exceeded what we expected. We’ll keep choosing it and recommending it to others.

We were traveling with our dog, and the spacious corner suite with two queen beds gave us plenty of room. The L-shaped indoor corridors were an unexpected bonus, with extra space for our pup to move around. The hotel was impeccably clean, the area felt quiet and peaceful, and it was a convenient base, about a 20-30 minute drive from American Dream mall or Manhattan. The breakfast was complimentary, with a good range of hot choices each morning that saved us time and money. The gym was modern and well equipped, and the indoor pool was clean and worked well for a relaxing swim. A Jacuzzi would make the pool area magnificent. Free indoor garage parking was especially useful in snowy weather, since we didn’t have to scrape ice or clear snow from the car. Valet parking is also free, though we didn’t use it. You enter the garage with your room key or digital key in the Hilton app. Having to use key access between the garage and elevator felt unnecessary, especially when carrying bags or luggage. Homewood and Hampton are connected on every floor. Wherever you park, you can take the elevator and walk across to your room. We figured that out by exploring, and signs showing the connection on each floor would help. The front desk team were excellent, friendly, and genuinely helpful. Chong and Tatiana went above and beyond to make our stay smooth and enjoyable. We hope to return.

Winfrey B at the front desk made us feel welcome right away. They were attentive, friendly, and seemed to anticipate what we might need. We’re in the area about once a month, sometimes more, and plan to stay here from now on. The hotel is beautiful, with great rooms and wonderful service, and it’s easy to reach several major roads into NYC and around the area. Thank you for taking such good care of us!

The staff were friendly, helpful, and made us feel welcome. The rooms and bathrooms were spacious, and the beds were very comfortable. The hotel is clean, nicely decorated, and has a cozy feel. Breakfast was tasty, especially the waffles. There wasn’t a huge selection, but you won’t leave hungry.
