Fall Line Condos are central, cozy, and well appointed, without being pretentious. They're great for families who don't arrive in Telluride on a private jet, and there's an awesome outdoor spa.

Tom was fantastic. He gave us great recommendations and shared the history of Telluride and the wider area. Since we were in town for our honeymoon, he also gave us a great deal. The condos are nice little places, and you can walk to everything in town. We had a balcony overlooking a cute, quiet street. The courtyard hot tub was closed due to covid, but otherwise it was amazing. We absolutely plan to come back, even if just to see the company again.
