The room was spotless, quiet, and comfortable, and check-in and checkout were easy. The front desk staff were welcoming and helpful, and Dani & Richard really went above and beyond. They told me about the free breakfast, dinner and snacks, plus three free alcoholic drinks, perks I hadn’t even heard of where I’m from. I didn’t get to try any of it, but I felt very welcome. I was in town for a quick dental procedure and mostly needed a clean, quiet hotel. I’d struggled to find one with solid local reviews, since a lot of the nearby big names like Marriott, Hilton, and IHG brands had awful comments about cleanliness and noise. This place had great cleanliness reviews, and even my Lyft driver, who had stayed at a different location, mentioned how clean it was. I hope I find another reason to return.

The personal anniversary touches made this stay so special. There were towel swans and roses, a handwritten card, and a gift bag. The staff really went out of their way to help my husband and me celebrate, and the hotel felt like a home away from home. Everything was incredibly clean, and everyone was friendly and welcoming. I’ve already recommended Drury to friends and family and will keep doing so. It’s simply leagues above the rest.

Alexis and Richard deserve special recognition. After a family emergency at home made me arrive a day late for my prepaid check-in, they upgraded my room and refunded the night I missed. I’ve stayed here three times in four months with a sports team, and they’ve been accommodating every time. The staff are friendly, the food is delicious, and the free drinks every night are hard to beat. I was skeptical before my first stay, but I’m glad I gave it a chance. They’ve definitely earned my repeat business.

What makes this hotel a good place to stay is the staff. Everyone from check-in to housekeeping was exceptionally friendly. The rooms are clean and the location is great. There’s coffee in the lobby all day, free hot dogs and pasta at 5:30 for an hour, and free beer during happy hour, ask for details. Cheers.

We booked this for a surprise Christmas trip to AZ because breakfast was included, and the dinner and snacks were a great bonus. We didn’t want to spend much extra on eating out, so that worked out really well. The staff were friendly, helpful, and made us feel at home, welcoming us back each time we returned. The rooms are basic but comfortable and quiet. This location also has a great view of Camelback mountain and is close to lots of shopping and food. I’d highly recommend it.
