Comfort Inn & Suites Temple - Medical Center

The beds were clean, and the hotel does feel a little old. They provide shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, which came in handy since we’d forgotten ours. Service was friendly and good. We’ve stayed at Holiday Inn, Hilton, Marriott, and plenty of other hotels, but this place had the best breakfast I’ve ever had.

Kim H. made us feel right at home while we were working on the road, and she helped with everything we needed. She’s such a friendly, kind person. I really appreciate all she did, and I’d stay here again for her hospitality. Thanks, Kim!

We spent two nights here, moving between two different rooms with my husband and daughter, and both rooms had spiders. The sheets were still damp, and the AC barely worked. On checkout morning, housekeeping was rude because I was changing my daughter’s diaper just two minutes after checkout. Apparently an unexpected diaper change wasn’t welcome. I was disappointed with the stay.

I had trouble getting Expedia to modify my hotel reservation. Bill tried contacting them, but they didn’t follow through. Andy, the manager, eventually sorted it out and corrected Expedia’s errors. Bill, Virgina, Seli, Selena, and Andy all went above and beyond to help me. Thank you so much, everyone at Comfort Suites!
