Clinton Inn Hotel & Event Center

I booked at the last minute and was pleasantly surprised. The room was roomy and clean, and the bed was comfortable. Dan, I think, was the older man at the front desk and communicated really well. Steve also helped out, answered all my questions, and made checkout easy. Management seems to be doing a good job. I’d stay here again next time I’m in the area.

We paid a small fee to get into our room early, which saved us from waiting around for six hours, so it was worth it. Steve at the front desk was welcoming and professional from the time we arrived through the rest of our stay. The other employees we met were helpful and pleasant too, including housekeeping, who were especially friendly and did a great job. I don’t usually write reviews, but Steve’s welcome made me want to this time. I arrived late at night and he greeted me with a smile, then got me checked in in under ten minutes. He was warm, professional, and efficient, and his kindness made the stay memorable. I won’t forget how well he treated me. The hotel was a comfortable place to stay, with a clean room and comfortable beds. It’s in an accessible location in a safe area, too. I’d recommend it if you need somewhere to stay around here.
