I booked this to relax, but it was stressful and felt like a waste of money. The room had plenty of space, yet the heater was so loud I could barely sleep. The bathroom still had hair in it, the sheets looked old and worn, and there was no spare sheet or proper blanket. There wasn’t even a kettle, a basic item at most hotels. I also found no vegetarian choices besides eggs, with nearly everything else pork. There was no bidet or shattaf after using the toilet, so making wudhu as a Muslim would be very difficult unless you bring an empty water bottle. The hotel was overcrowded and one staff member alone was handling check-ins and guest service, so we waited about 20 minutes. The lobby and nearby areas were loud and chaotic. Cleanliness and comfort fell below even basic standards.
