The staff made us feel welcome and were really kind. My husband and I came to Texas for a few days to see family, and we had a good stay. The place was clean, fresh smelling, and organized, so it was easy to get around. We would've liked a few more choices for the main breakfast meal, but we'd definitely return and recommend it.

After a 12 1/2-hour drive, we arrived at almost 4am. The room was roomy, clean, and looked modern and new, and the staff were SO nice. We missed breakfast, but Susan made sure the kids and I didn't leave hungry. Thanks to Susan and Best Western. We were very satisfied!

The only drawback was that our room could've been a little cleaner, but I'll definitely return. It was our first night here, and we liked the nice rooms, quiet property, and good breakfast selection.

The place is nice, but it could be much better. The cleaning was questionable: there was a ring in the bathtub and hair in the tub, on the bathroom floor, and on the toilet. I called the front desk and was told housekeeping would take care of it tomorrow. Nobody seemed to be eating the complimentary breakfast. When I wanted to check out in person, there was no one around.

The staff were friendly and accommodating, but we had to switch rooms a few times because of other guests' behavior and the rooms' cleanliness. I guess you get what you pay for.
