The room had coffee supplies but no coffee pot, and there wasn't a microwave or alarm clock either. Rust was visible on the lamp bases. The bathroom seemed partly renovated, though the lighting and overall look were poorly planned. The first-floor public restroom was in disarray, and its 30-gallon trash can was overflowing with paper towels. There was a moldy smell as soon as I entered the lobby. Staff were friendly, but didn't tell us construction was underway. The tiny elevator looked dated, dirty, and a bit scary. In the room, the fresh paint smell seemed to cover mold. I wouldn't recommend this place or stay again. They just don't seem to care.

We stayed one night before leaving on our cruise, and the room was humid because the AC didn't work. Its filter was disgusting. The door latch was loose, so I didn't feel safe. The hotel was under construction and wasn't very clean. There was coffee but no pot, and the lamp was rusty.

This place is a construction site with paint fumes so strong you might want a respirator. It felt like a health hazard. The shower was dirty, and some of the outlets didn't work. The front desk lady was hanging out with her boyfriend. I've been a Choice member for years and stayed at lots of places, but this was by far the worst. I would never recommend it. It should be shut down.

We booked two rooms at the last minute before our Royal Caribbean cruise. The kids found dead bugs in their room, and our bathroom was filthy, with hair in the bathtub. We couldn't get a refund. We asked to speak with the manager, but the desk clerk said he was away and wouldn't be back for more than a month. When we asked who was in charge while he was gone, they said there was nobody else we could talk to. Shame on Choice Hotels for including this disgusting place in its chain. It needs to be shut down.
