The accessible room worked perfectly for me as a wheelchair user, and the rooms and breakfast were great. My only complaint is that the shower water stayed hot whatever position I put the handle in. It wouldn't get colder.

Check-in was easy thanks to the very friendly staff, and the continental breakfast was a highlight. Everything was fresh, but make sure to try the pearl sugar waffles. I had a great stay and would happily come back. I'd recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

I didn't stay at SpringHill Suites, just stopped by to visit family who were in town for Thanksgiving. The property looked very clean. My nephew got us stuck coming in from the pool, so I had to walk around, and the front desk Agent was so cordial and helpful. I'm sorry I don't know her name. I told her the smell in the Light area was amazing, and promised I'd leave this review. Thank you, SpringHill Suites! We had a good stay, and the room was really clean. It smelled lovely as soon as we opened the door. When we asked for blankets, they brought them right away without hesitation.

We came for the Safford all class reunion, and the staff were especially helpful when we had car trouble. The maintenance man tried to jump-start it, the manager gave us extra time for late checkout so we wouldn't have to load our things before the car was fixed, and the cleaning staff helped us too. The rooms were clean and breakfast was wonderful. We were met with kindness and help, and we appreciate everyone. LP
