The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The A/C worked well, too, and the shower had great pressure. But a few things made the stay awkward: the elevators were out, so with my knee problems I had a hard time climbing three flights. There was just one set of towels, and my key wouldn't open the side door. The microwave was hard to plug in, the clock hadn't been set, and I missed having an end table on my side of the bed. The room felt dated, and there was no coffee pot, though it did have a microwave and fridge. The high homeless population nearby made me uneasy at night. I'll check out the free breakfast in the morning.

We arrived around midnight, and the beds were hard, though the room itself was clean. There were only three towels for four people. The elevator was broken, and they couldn't move us to a room on the main floor. My elderly in-laws were with us, and climbing three flights was especially hard for my mother-in-law, who has Parkinson's. It was too late to cancel. I call hotels myself instead of using Expedia or booking. Com, but the person who answers is always a foreigner, and we can never understand each other.

Glad we only had to stay one night. The beds were barely more comfortable than a sidewalk, and the pillows felt like tiny bricks. Noise from the rooms was worse than the Vegas strip. Breakfast was a waffle machine or wrapped boiled eggs. I wouldn't book here again.

The room was really clean, which I appreciated. The hotel is dated and worn, but it was affordable, clean, and the service was friendly, even in the middle of the night. Check-in was quick and easy. Jeremy, I think that was his name, was very friendly and gave us the prices candidly. He also asked whether we had discounts or pets. It was a good place to rest safely before continuing our trip for my son's medical appointments. Thank you.
