Alexis was especially professional in our exchanges, and we appreciated everyone there. The staff made the stay wonderful and welcomed us warmly. Our room was clean and updated, breakfast was nice, and there was an indoor pool and a sauna. They even have a high-boy toilet, like the ones we seniors have at home, which was great to have while traveling. Thank you, and we hope to visit again!

We've stayed here several times because we attend a church down the road, though we live a couple of hours away. The rooms are very clean, breakfast is great, and the location works well. But during our last visit, a party rented the ballroom and spilled throughout the hotel. The lobby reeked of alcohol, the music was loud, intoxicated people wandered the halls, and the smell of freshly smoked weed was everywhere. Noise went on all night, so we got no sleep. When we told the front desk, they apologized but did nothing. I have another night booked in the coming weeks and can't cancel it. Awful.

We picked this hotel after comparing reviews for several places while planning to attend a nearby wedding, and were really impressed. Breakfast had plenty of choices for juice and coffee, and I made an Americano with an extra espresso shot. The room was nice, the staff were great, and check-in and check-out were seamless. We'll definitely stay here next time we're in the area.

The pool was very nice and clean, the bed was comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Customer service was excellent, and our room was beautiful and mostly clean. The linens, surfaces, and bathroom were very clean, with a fresh scent when we walked in, though the floor was a little dirty. Those Swiffer mops don't seem to get floors as clean as they should. Breakfast was okay. I liked the cocoa, coffee, and yogurt, but the meat didn't taste like meat to me, which was disappointing. The biscuits were frozen ones, though that's okay, I'm just picky about food. The area was a little noisy, but it was normal city sound, muffled enough that it didn't keep me up. Great location, away from the traffic, with shopping and restaurants nearby.
