Ory Flynn's review is false and misleading, and the photos she posted aren't from this property. I stayed here before, and when the hotel got her complaint, the Property Manager and team thoroughly checked the room and found nothing. She was asking for a refund, had stayed three nights, and created a scene on checkout day. I also heard that she'd argued with staff and behaved badly enough that they called the police. It seems to me she made up this account to get her money back. When she didn't, perhaps out of frustration, she posted that review. To be clear, her photos are not from this property.

The pool was nice and private, with no traffic noise, and the front desk staff were pleasant. The rooms were fairly nice and clean. Our first stay had the same room, but there was nobody next door then. This time we waited until nearly 4 for a room that is usually ready at 3, and the person next to us was loud all night. She seemed to be living there and spent hours on the balcony on the phone, loudly sharing all the drama in her life. I could probably tell you everything about her best friend hooking up with her skeezy baby daddy. Around 3:30 a.m., visitors joined her on the balcony to talk loudly and smoke. She didn't go to bed or quiet down until almost 6. We asked if we could switch rooms, but the desk said none were available. It spoiled the stay, and right now we probably won't return. If they're taking overnight guests alongside people living there, they should put them apart. The Red Roof is worse, though, and I'd choose this place if I had to.

I never checked in. After waiting more than 25 minutes for a clerk to come back to the office, I decided to leave because the clerk was so nasty and disrespectful. I'd booked three nights and four days more than 45 days ahead. I'm glad I took my money elsewhere: Western Motel was much nicer, and cost just $5 more. I don't think this hotel came close to Western Motel, less than a mile away. I don't spend money where I'm not wanted.

The bed bugs and awful customer service made this a terrible stay. When I reported the infestation, the front desk woman called me a liar and called the police on me twice. It felt like they were trying to cover it up.
