The staff were friendly and quick to deal with any problems, and the room had a fridge, microwave, and coffee maker, which is a lot for the price. It was clean and mostly quiet, though some highway and parking lot noise made it inside. I'd stay here again.

I wouldn't come back to Thomasville, GA without staying at Best Western. This place was a complete dump, and I think the owner's last 10 comments were posted to raise his rating. There were stains on the carpet, chairs, and bed, and the desk chair was so bad I wouldn't sit in it. The coffee maker had mold in it. The manager was rude and charged me $20 more per night than he had quoted at check-in. When I asked to check out early, he said no because I'd made reservations. The free breakfast was a joke, with old fruit and no milk for cereal. I have pictures of how disgusting this hole in the wall was and plan to call the health department to complain.

We checked in at 3:15, but the room still wasn't ready when we got there. The front desk apologized on the phone and said someone would come right up. At 4:45 it still hadn't been cleaned. I called again, and someone finally arrived about 15 minutes later. I could understand a delay if we'd shown up early or had no reservation, but the rooms should've been ready.

It was a small, quiet place just off a main road, close to restaurants and right off 19. Breakfast was limited and pretty average, but the WiFi worked fine, and the cable and A/C were good. The staff were quiet but friendly. I needed the alarm clock, and it didn't work. The fridge and microwave were bolted together, which made sense but felt a little odd.
