The management really cares about guests, and the sunrise view of French bluffs was amazing. Some of the room fixtures are old, but that's pretty typical hotel stuff. No complaints.

The location is great, quiet, and there's a dollar general right across the street. My own room was clean and nice, though it had no TV. A few doors down, my daughter's room was another story: under her bed was a huge amount of white mold and several old pieces of artwork. She only found it after they'd slept there all night, or they would have left. If I judged by my room, I'd say book it; based on hers, don't. I've reviewed motels all over the country, and I can't decide how to rate this one. It's a gamble.

We were there for the river run on motorcycles, and I always like the motel setup where you pull right up to your door. This place could be much better. Some light fixtures were missing bulbs, and there weren't enough towels or bedding.

A clean room at an economical price for a small-town stop. The manager was friendly, and the rooms were clean. The mattress sagged a bit, but I'd take that in exchange for cleanliness. I'll come back next time I'm in town.
