The amenities here are hard to beat: a large pool, a warm Jacuzzi protected from the elements, a gazebo by a pond with fish, and free access to Golds Gym during the stay. Breakfast has a whole wall of options, including eggs, bacon, sausage, yogurt, fruit, several kinds of bread, waffles, oatmeal, hot chocolate, great coffee, and juices. The rooms are superbly clean, bathrooms are tidy, beds are really comfortable, and you can choose soft or firm pillows. The AC heats or cools the room quickly. With two malls and plenty of places to eat nearby, I also felt safe heading out. I’ve come here on and off for a few years, and it’s been one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at. It could pass for a luxury hotel. Customer service is phenomenal: check-in is always quick and easy, and the staff go above and beyond and take real care in their jobs. Fantastic place!

The room was much better this time, and I enjoyed the stay. Michelle at the front desk is amazing, professional, friendly, and kind, and takes good care of guests. Breakfast is available each morning, including a fresh muffin. The only vending machine is for soda and water, and pets are allowed now. The courtyard smelled like dog poo. Leaf blowing happened twice on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, and covered my car, which wasn’t necessary. Most smokers stayed away from the rooms, but some smoked right outside the front doors beside other guest rooms, which wasn’t very nice. It was okay otherwise, and can be peaceful at times.

Restaurants and shops all around the hotel made it easy to get what we needed. Check-in was simple, and the customer service stayed professional throughout. Our room had a small fridge and coffee maker, both worked fine, and the ice machine was downstairs. The tile and vinyl floors were a relief since there was no mystery hotel carpet. We were pleasantly surprised and happy with our stay.

The pool and courtyard had a cozy feel, and breakfast was decent. The room was very large, though the bathroom was extremely small and cramped. The surrounding area was nice, with shopping and dining close by. The facilities looked clean, but someone had written on the room notepad, which made me wonder what else might have been missed.
