We came for a Saturday night stay near agua caliente casino for a concert, and the location worked well. It’s off the freeway in an industrial area, between a big rig car wash and a big rig gas station. I expected noise, but didn’t hear any at night. The hotel is close to the casino, Denny’s, and some fast food, and parking doesn’t cost extra. It’s not fancy, but it’s clean and a bargain for the desert area. The room was large and clean, with a king bed, a decent mini fridge, microwave, TV, and iron. It had recently been remodeled, and even the sliding glass shower door looked nice. Some pictures on the walls would have helped, though maybe they just haven’t added them since the remodel. Housekeeping made a design with the towels and left several samples, including face cream and water flavoring packets. I don’t know if that’s something they usually do. We didn’t use the pool or spa, but saw people in them. There’s no free breakfast, though coffee and flavored creamer were available in the office.

The weak Wi-Fi didn’t work properly in every room, which is a serious problem if you need internet while traveling. Housekeeping was poor too: they took out the garbage, but didn’t properly clean the room or replace the towels. The front desk staff member was extremely rude, responding to simple questions with attitude and even telling me, “This is not a hotel, you can go stay in a hotel.” That was disrespectful and unprofessional. This was the worst experience I’ve had in any hotel, motel, or other accommodation. It doesn’t meet basic hospitality standards, and I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

The room was clean and came with a fridge and microwave, so it was fine for a quick work trip. But there wasn’t coffee in the room, and the lobby coffee was only out for a short time in the morning and tasted awful. The pool was dirty. It did the job for a night, but wasn’t great.

The location was a real plus for our concert weekend. My wife and I stayed two nights for a show at Acrisure, then went to the casino across the street after the concert Saturday night. The rooms look like they’ve had some remodeling and were nice and clean. We had a great stay. Keep up the good work!

The room was basic, but it’ll do if you just need somewhere to sleep for the night, and there are lots of restaurants nearby. I checked in around 9 pm on Friday 1/9. The deposit was almost twice the cost of one night’s stay. Water leaked out from both sides of the shower and got all over the floor. The guy at the front desk was very rude, and it was obvious he didn’t like his job.
