The Arthur Brown suite made for a lovely stay, and the building and room were beautiful. We especially enjoyed the delicious breakfast and the top-notch service. I got the romantic package, and it was worth every penny. My fiancée loved it. We were happy with our choice and would recommend it.

Susan is a wonderful innkeeper and a fabulous cook, while Trish and John made us feel welcome as gracious hosts. This charming little B&B is right in the heart of New Hampshire, centrally located and nicely appointed. The rooms are lovely, and the carriage house is a good fit if you have a small pet.

We loved the homemade breakfast and snacks, and the location in the Lakes Region is great. The rooms are clean and really comfortable. I'd pick this place over any hotel and highly recommend it.

The carriage house was a comfortable option for us and our 10lb Pomeranian, with easy first-floor access. We were greeted by a friendly innkeeper and gracious hosts at this charming 19th century Inn. It sits about an hour from both the White Mountain National Park and the New Hampshire coast, so we got to enjoy a good range of what New Hampshire offers. We found The Black Swan Inn online while planning our first visit to the state, and were delighted when we arrived from PA.

After driving past for years, we finally got to stay here, and it was a wonderful visit. We had our dog with us, so the pet-friendly carriage house worked out great. It was cozy and comfortable, and we also enjoyed relaxing on the wrap-around porch. The main house is beautiful, and they gave us a tour when we arrived. Breakfast was amazing, with fresh coffee, muffins, and a full meal that included French toast made with croissants. Out back there's a huge grassy area and a lovely walking path along the river and park. I'd definitely recommend this bed and breakfast.
