I've usually picked this hotel in my area, and the owner has always been kind and helpful. I'd never had a bad stay before today, or trouble getting a room. This time, a new clerk I'd never met was rude from the start. She quoted a different rate than what I'd paid on at least 10 previous occasions. When I said that wasn't my usual price, she said that was today's rate. She was also on the phone with a man, and they were making fun of her overcharging me. Then she told me I was on a no-stay list. This was the worst experience I've had at a place that's usually really nice. You should value your customers, because without them you have no business.

There was no hot water, and no continental breakfast. I was told they were under maintenance. The bathtub was slippery and I almost fell, so I had to make do with just wiping off.
