Best Western Tolleson Hotel

I’d stay here again. I was glad to find a room at the last minute, and having a fridge and microwave was useful. The classic BW breakfast was nice, too. There were a few things that could be better: no USB charging ports in my room, and the shower valve made it hard to get the temperature right. I knew I hadn’t booked an ADA room, but grab bars in the tub and shower would still have made it safer. I’d also prefer warm bulbs instead of the cool blue-white ones.

Jonas is Best Western’s MVP. He drives the shuttle safely, and it’s always clean. He knows where everything is and can tell you how to get wherever you want to go. He’s such a cool guy, and an awesome tour guide who really goes above and beyond!

Our two dogs figured out how to open the hotel door and got loose into the hallways three times. The front desk woman kept calling us and bringing them back. She even tried keeping them in the office, but they escaped twice from there, too. She had so much patience. Thank you to Best Western and the staff for helping watch them so I could see my mother.

We wouldn’t recommend staying here. It felt overpriced and wasn’t very clean. Keep driving a little farther and look for somewhere better.
