Wyatt's Hotel

I’d give this zero stars if I could. My husband and I were really looking forward to staying here for one night for his 62nd birthday. Friends had stayed in April and enjoyed it, so I booked two weeks ahead. This morning, I got a message saying the reservation had to be canceled and that I needed to find somewhere else. Expedia then showed that the hotel canceled it at my request, which wasn’t true. I have my suspicions about why it was canceled, and now the room appears to be booked for the whole weekend. Finding other accommodations was easy, but canceling our reservation like that was ridiculous. I’ve never stayed at this hotel before. I believe my reservation was discriminated against because a friend had stayed there previously. It’s a cute place, but based on the owner’s attitude and the messages sent to my friends, I believe my husband’s and my reservation was canceled because of them. That’s one hundred percent discrimination, and I’ll never recommend this place to anyone.

She was right there whenever we needed anything, and had great tips for food and attractions, plus some great souvenirs. The customer service was amazing. Our room was wonderful, with such comfortable sheets and pillows, and the location was perfect, within walking distance of everything in Tombstone. We’d definitely recommend this hotel.

Charlotte, the onsite manager, gave us such attentive, personal service that it felt like having our own concierge. The Grand Miss Jessy suite was authentic and beautifully spacious, and the patio was a lovely place to unwind with drinks. In-room coffee machines and water warmers aren’t permitted, but Folgers K-Cups are available for convenience.

Wow, it really feels like stepping back in time, and it’s worth every cent. The place is extremely clean, has plenty of amenities, and the staff are friendly. You’re right in the middle of all the cowboy/girl action. You’re missing out if you don’t stay the night here, believe that.
