There aren't any microwaves or kitchen facilities, and cooking isn't allowed, which makes staying here especially hard when you're trying to get back on your feet. The advertised family amenities, including the pool, courtyard, and fitness room, were all closed. The carpets are dirty, and the conditions feel unsanitary and undignified. Staff have been cold and rude. I was placed here through local services. My room was meant to be cleaned Tuesdays and Fridays, but neither cleaning happened. The sheets weren't changed, nobody vacuumed or wiped the surfaces, and they left only two towels. There was no spare toilet paper, so I ran out overnight. Families and single parents with children deserve clean, safe, supportive accommodation and respectful treatment. That hasn't been my experience. I hope management and local officials see this and make real changes. In a world where you can be anything, why not help solve the problem?

There isn't anywhere on-site to prepare or store food, which makes things even tougher for people relying on limited resources, like food pantry donations. The pool, gym, and all the other amenities were closed during our stay. Room cleaning was poor: no vacuuming, fresh sheets, or wiped surfaces, and we rarely got more than a few new towels or toiletries. They may even kick you out just for asking for clean sheets. Customer service is awful, and staff show little compassion or understanding toward vulnerable guests, mothers, and families with nowhere else to turn. They don't seem to care about guests or providing a safe, clean place. Avoid this hotel.

Friendly, helpful staff and a great hotel. My complaints are mostly about the bathroom setup. I'm disabled, and water sometimes ran onto the floor because the roll-in shower needs a gasket at the bottom and a longer curtain. It got slippery. A quick-drying nonslip mat would help, and I'll bring one for my own safety if I stay again. The coffee maker in my room didn't work. They provided pods for the machine, but I learned to pick up all my coffee supplies during the day since they don't leave everything out overnight.

The room was filthy. There was blood on the toilet, dusty handprints on top of the headboard, and visible stains on the covers. Now I have to wonder whether those covers were cleaned at all. The morning front desk employee ignored me for five minutes when I arrived, even after we'd spoken by phone, and acted like I was a bother. She was incredibly rude. It felt like the employees were only here for a paycheck and had no interest in decent service or helping the business. Save your money. The place is dirty and the staff are downright rude.
