Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Torrington by IHG

Having a place for our RV was a big help, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. They also welcome pets, and the bathroom lights work well as night lights without being too bright. We found the lobby spotless and the room immaculate, and the free breakfast was one of the best I've had. We've stayed at another highly rated hotel in Laramie, and this one is miles ahead. We're so happy this hotel is now in Torrington. You can't ask for better!

The pool and hot tub kept us entertained for a couple of hours, and breakfast was really good. Check-in was easy, and the guy was relaxed and friendly. But the family room was pretty gross. It had a king bed, two queens, and a pullout sofa, but the carpet was trashed, and under the beds was filthy. We didn't even want to use the sofa bed. The bathroom wasn't better, with a dirty toilet and a disgusting underside of the sink. I guess I expected better upkeep in the middle of nowhere Wyoming, where I thought there'd be less traffic.

The desk staff were really friendly and helpful, and the neighborhood was great. We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location also gave us easy access to a lot of Colorado destinations, right between Wyoming and Dakota. I'd definitely recommend it.

I've stayed here several times, and breakfast is decent with a fairly clean dining area. The wash area, though, is dirty, and there is dog poop all around the yard, so you can't really take a walk. The rooms need remodeling, and they don't use their shuttle to help customers when they need it. Management also charges a $10 incidental fee even though I've stayed before and looked after the room, leaving it cleaner than I found it. Staff have been rude. They aren't making the Holiday Inn Express shine.
