We couldn’t stay the night. My husband spotted one cockroach in the bathroom, then another, and the sheets were stained. We checked out at 11:30 pm and got back on the road. When he explained why we were leaving, the clerk offered another room, but we weren’t willing to risk it after finding bugs in the first one. We told the clerk not to charge our card. We were both disgusted. One star only because the system wouldn’t let me leave zero.

We stay here every week, but we’re getting close to moving out. We’ve gone almost a week without hot water, and this is the second time it’s happened during my stay. The laundry room doesn’t work either, so we can’t wash our clothes. They also gave you a job, let you go because they said they didn’t have money to pay you, then let someone else work. I wouldn’t give the place a star if I didn’t have to. In my opinion, it needs to be shut down.

The place felt dangerous and filthy. Roaches were everywhere, the linens were dirty, and there were stains and mess on the walls, TV, and floor. It reminded me of the kind of hotel used for drugs and prostitution, and didn’t feel safe for women or children. I think I may even have gotten athlete’s foot here. I was overcharged because it was late and the night clerk took advantage of that. Disgusting.

I’ve stayed in plenty of hotels, and this was probably the worst. When I turned over the pillow, bedbugs were everywhere, as shown in my video. While we were unloading our things, the hotel associate stayed outside watching us and looking into the backs of our vehicles.
