The room felt like a dungeon and smelled like one too. When the toilet clogged, management just gave our guests a plunger. There was no help, and no staff after 11pm. We were told the room shown online was outdated and that the one we booked had been remodeled. It hadn't, and was actually worse. Our guests were only there for three days, so by the time we found out it was too late to book elsewhere. We also couldn't change rooms because it was the weekend. Run-down, moldy, poor service, just gross.
