Malyn Resort

We stayed over XMas 2025 and loved being just steps from the dock. We saw dolphins feeding there, and it's a lovely place to sit and take in the view. The pool was a nice warm temperature. Our room felt modern and was clean, with a very comfortable bed and a great shower in the bathroom. We'd recommend it.

Malyn motel is hard to beat for its Treasure Island location. If you want a small, affordable room with a heated pool and fishing dock, this could be a good fit. The bay view is beautiful, and the dock gives you a place to fish. There are also shuffleboard, outdoor chairs, a patio with TV, and charcoal grills. Unit 111 didn't have a dishwasher, and I'm not sure about the others. Scott was very helpful on site and takes care of your needs. There's no laundry in the rooms, but a shared washer and dryer are available. I'd recommend it for a Treasure Island stay.

The on-site manager was friendly and helpful, and we had lovely bay views. Treasure Island beach was a 7 minute walk away, and the location was great. This cute, quiet, nostalgic place was perfect for our family of three with a baby. It was the cheapest price we could find in the area.

We loved this little resort and are already booked to return in October. We spent a week in unit 103, a newly renovated ground floor room right by the pool entrance. There were a few hiccups, but Scott, the manager, sorted them out quickly and did a great job. The pool area and dock were both great. We enjoyed watching dolphins from the dock with morning coffee and afternoon or evening drinks. The beach, bars, and restaurants are all walkable. There's also a shuttle, and the drivers work for tips.
