Page Terrace Motel

I was traveling alone from Jan 13-17, 2026, and wanted a beachside place that wasn't a high rise or too fancy. Before arriving, I'd been trying to find somewhere in my budget with a gym, but at the last minute I stopped overthinking it and pulled in here. Arther gave me a reasonable price. Later I saw cheaper rates on a few third-party sites, but I'd already agreed to the rate in person. Everyone on staff I interacted with was polite. Room 215 was clean and suited what I wanted, with a small kitchenette. There's a large grocery store and Walgreens across the way. The weather turned cool during my four days, but I loved being so close to the beach and the path for walking, running, and biking along the hotels, motels, and condos. As a single woman of 48, I felt totally safe, including when I came in late or went jogging. I could drive to the places in this part of Florida I wanted to see in about 15 minutes, and to some areas of Tampa and St Pete in 30. I've saved this place for next time and would suggest it to others.

We had a fantastic stay and an awesome sunset view from our room. Sand starts just past the pool gates, with only a short walk to the ocean. There was even a sand sculpture contest going on, with some amazing artwork. I almost don't want to post a review and give this place away!

The beach is beautiful, though the stretch of sand is deep, so expect a bit of a walk to the water. The lodging is clean and well kept, with a quaint, no-frills feel. The staff were wonderful.

Room 219 was an end unit with a great balcony for sitting and enjoying the view, and no neighbors on one side. We enjoyed our first visit to Page Terrace and would return. The location is handy, with restaurants and stores an easy walk away, and the beach just beyond the well-kept pool. You can rent chairs and umbrellas from a local concession. The front office staff were excellent, the room was clean and well appointed, and the bed was very comfortable. The kitchenette had plenty of dishes and utensils. The rooms had recently been redone after last fall's hurricane. There is no elevator, so anyone needing an accessible room should book on the first floor. The walls were thin: in the bathroom we could clearly hear the neighbors' TV all night, and there was a low drone elsewhere in the room. With the AC running, it wasn't too bad.
